Nursing Services
Unlike other home health agencies, we focus and specialize only in Home Infusion Therapy (HIT). We provide administration and coordination of IV Infusion Therapy, Patient Health Management, and teaching and education for the IV care provided. We manage the overall interdisciplinary consultation and education plan for each patient.
Pharmacy Support
Our nurses work directly with the Infusion Pharmacist and the patient's physician to ensure the patient's care and treatment goals are met and all infusion care is coordinated. We assist with the coordination and delivery of IV prescriptions and medical supplies needed in the home.
Coordination of Line Placement
Our highly trained nurses will provide the highest quality of care to both patients and their families. We will coordinate the placement of Midlines, Ports or PICC line insertions, if a longer-term solution is required. Our goal is to help individuals and their loved ones feel confident with the care they are being provided in the home.
